With the current game industry surging in size, the success of game development has become a challenging task and the quality and variety of games are becoming important. Using early access models as a means of ensuring quality and diversity, indie game developers aim to develop more complete games through interaction with game users. Online reviews include user requirements as well as useful information, providing useful feedback to developers. This can lead to higher purchasing satisfaction and sales volume increase as game developers can use feedbacks from customers to develop more successful games. While traditional research about the impact of customer feedback on customer satisfaction through collection process methods or customer surveys have already been conducted, there has been no study on what needs of game users have to be considered in terms of successful launching of games.
The purpose of this study is to ensure that the reflectivity between reviews and updates is reflected in the updates of customers, and to look at the keywords resulting from the subdividing of the reflective group. Also, through the key words, I analyze the impact of the game as a predictive factor and build a predictive model. This study is intended to contribute to an understanding of what requirements indie game developers should meet when developing games using limited human and time resources.
